Terms and conditions
HOW TO ORDER
Just add to the basket the items that you wish to purchase, and once you have finished your selection, press “finish shopping”.
You will then have to fill in your details for shipment and select method of payment, and you will be forwarded to the secure payment page.
Once the payment is done, the order is completed. You will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation.
PAYMENT METHODS
We use Paypal* as it is a secure and easy method.
Payment methods:
1. Your own Paypal account.
2. A credit card. Follow the easy instructions on the page.
3. Bank transfer. If you prefer, you may send us an e-mail to beatriz@bdeh.es listing the item, or items, that you wish to purchase and we will send you the bank details. Once we receive the payment confirmation, we will send you your order.
* PayPal is the most secure Internet payment system; it allows you to securely pay with your credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. Your payment will be handled exclusively by Paypal, and we will never have access to your credit card information.
SHIPMENT
All the orders will be sent by registered mail.
National shipments: 5 €
2 to 5 working days, since the delivery day.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the Postal Service will leave a notification in your mailbox, you will have 15 days to go to the closest Post Office to pick up your order.
International Shipments:
Europe: 7 €
Other destinations: 9 €
Delivery Europe: 3 to 7 working days, since the delivery day.
Delivery USA: 8 to 15 working days, since the delivery day.
Other destinations: Depends on the country
All orders are shipped within 7 working days once the order has been placed. All orders are shipped through Registered Mail.
RETURNS
No returns allowed.
In case of defective or faulty items, you have 15 days to give notice to BdeH, and send it back. You will receive another piece in perfect condition or you may select a different design of the same price, or higher. No refunds. Shipment costs not refunded either; we will only pay the shipment to replace the faulty piece.
